Dave
Mr. Dave’s love of children was the impetus for him to enter the preschool business. Pursuant to a long career in Corporate America, he realized he wanted to leave the business world and instead, do something he would find very rewarding - owning a school that prides itself on fun learning experiences for children. Day in and day out, he leaves the school with a smile on his face as he sees our caring and attentive teachers provide the children with countless opportunities to grow in a safe and loving environment. Mr. Dave’s biggest priorities are the health and safety of all the children. You can find Mr. Dave spending his spare time with one, or all, of his five children and two grandchildren watching a game and enjoying a good pizza!

Tara
Miss Tara has been with Goddard since 2007 and holds her BA degree in Early Childhood Education from Kean University. She is our Assistant Director/Director of Education. She supports our teachers in the classrooms to enhance education and curriculum. Miss Tara has a true passion for teaching and wants every single child to succeed and be the best versions of themselves. She loves boating, working out and spending time with her family – especially her two daughters and grandsons.

Deena
Miss Deena has been with our school since 1999 and has her BA from Rutgers University. She was our Kindergarten teacher for several years and now shares her expertise with our Pre-K classes, helping them prepare for their future school years beyond Goddard. Miss Deena is a mom of three who loves spending time with her family. She enjoys reading a good book and shopping in her down time. She is CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration and Severe Allergy certified and maintains her annual professional development hours.

Jackie
Miss Jackie has been with our school since 2006 and has her BA in Early Childhood Education with a Minor in Psychology from Georgian Court University. Miss Jackie has worked in nearly every classroom and with all age groups, providing a fun and nurturing environment for our children, day in and day out. She has a daughter (who is in our program), a son, and two stepsons that keep her busy! Miss Jackie enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kaitlyn
Miss Kate is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps 2 classroom, Seahorse City! She has been with The Goddard School of Wall since 2024. Miss Kate is currently pursuing her Associate's Degree in Education at Brookdale Community College and is excited to earn her Bachelor's Degree afterwards. She is CPR/First Aid certified, Safe Sleep trained and earns 20 hours of professional development annually. Circle Time is Miss Kate's favorite activity each day - she loves to witness the students' growth and excitement as they learn new things!
