Adina Pintolie
Adina started Gymnastics at an early age and quickly learned the positive benefits of body movement, both physically and mentally. But Gymnastics was just the spark that plugged her in body-movement avenues that she never experienced before. For many years, she practiced Irish Step, Flamenco, Contemporary Dance and last, but not least, "Ballroom Dance", such as Samba, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Jive, Passo Doble, Waltz, which she enjoyed socially, but mostly competitively.
For the past 10 years, Adina practiced Pilates Mat, TRX, H.I.I.T and Barre. She found her new love with Pilates and decided to change careers and make others discover their love for it too, especially those with special needs and limitations. She has completed a 500 hours Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training at Club Pilates, now teaching all the exercise systems she enjoyed practicing. Adina is very passionate about helping others to feel better and move better with it. Making a difference in someone's body is what drives her the most on her path, reason for which she wants to continue her education and pursue more avenues of knowledge of the body.
Adina is very happy to be part of our family at Club Pilates, connect with people and make them fall in love with Pilates, 1 ab-curl at a time.
